This place is horrific! My room had to be changed 4 times before i gave up and left. Cigarette burns in the bedding, towels were dirty, tv didn't work in first room, including 3 buttons on the remote, debris on the floor as if they swept dirt from outside to the inside, couldn't even enter 2nd room, another tv had one working channel but the remote didn't work, a loud party going on in a room 2 doors down from me, a giant cloudy smear in the center of one tv (can only imagine what was going on there), a matching smear on the mirror of my 3rd room, people fighting in another nearby room, a/c didn't work in 3rd room. An absolute nightmare!!! I was about to give the staff a few stars because they were nice. But as i was typing this, Expedia rejoined my customer service call and told me the hotel staff denied my refund. Absolutely un-f**king- believable!!! How can you charge someone for completely, undeniably, unacceptable conditions!? They had to move me 4 times! I would have had better accommodations had i spent the night in jail!! Unless you're a f**king crack head, DO NOT stay here!!! The entire area is pretty shady. My fault for not knowing the area - heading home to MD from south FL. Took a chance after 11 hours on the road, and i literally paid for it! F**K this place and everyone who works there!!!

I didn't like anything about this place it was absolutely repulsive. It shouldn't have even passed inspection to be rented to the public. If I had not driven 6 hours from home with two small children I would have ran to the nearest exit because the pictures advertised were no where in comparison to what we got.

I stayed here overnight while driving from Florida back to New Jersey. Front desk was very polite with a little southern charm. Red Roof sometimes has a bad rap for being in problematic spots or run down areas. This location was very clean and overall it was much better than I expected for the price range. I would definitely stay here again. Some down sides, the roadway is busy and you can hear a train in the distance. But, with the AC going it helps eliminate background noises.

We were supposed to get a non-smoking room. when we walked into the room, it smelled like smoke, and there were cigarette Burns on the bedspreads, so we went 2 exchange rooms and the lady really didn't want to switch room. She says it's a non-smoking room. I said, well, I got Asthma. There's no way I can stay there so after squabbling a little bit, she finally switched rooms.

No breakfast. Only drink was coffee they offered. There were stains all over the bathroom that looked like they could easily be cleaned but noone ever has. Kinda looks like someone smeared poop. Walls are very thin. But to just stay the night it wasnt bad. Bed was comfy.
