Absolutely beautiful rooms. My partner and I had a nice one and my parents gor a very big one that was just gorgeous. The hotel is located in a convenient part of town so most things can be walked to. We sadly only stayed one night but i would definitely stay again if im ever in Florence. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is very good, close to the metro station and everything is in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, our room was available earlier and the last day we could store our luggage. Everything was clean with a good bathroom. The bed was a little hard, but that's personal preference. It was nice there was a fridge in the room to store cool drinks and an air-conditioning was also in the roomb Overall a very nice stay, good location in a beautiful city.

Pros: 1- very conveniently located to the Florence SM Novella station. 2- The checkin was easy 3- the room and toilet were really big and beautiful. Cons: 1- The room just had beds and chair. A table would be nice to have plus a mirror in the room or closet would be great. 2- the room keys were getting stuck while trying to lock the room.

This was a great find! The hotel is located in the centre of Florence, with the train station just a very short walk away. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were friendly. I would recommend. I'll be staying here again!

The host was very kind. The location is old, and the elevator is small/very old. The host had to help me with it. Manual keys, there's a trick to using them. Room was comfortable, no luggage rack or place to store things. Beautiful marble in the bathroom. Very clean.

We were surprised to learn the staff is only available until 4pm but they did accomodate us at check-in to make sure someone was there when we checked in. They did provide us with a recommendation to park the car. They could not provide information or recommendation on a place to eat which I would expect and assume a common question to provide. No map or other information about the city was provided as we have gotten at other hotels There is no safe in the room They were able to store the luggage for us which was helpful after we checked out It was a good location but lack of customer service.
