Ac was not working effectively and the temperature in the rooms stayed high at 30 Celsius. When I contacted the company on WhatsApp, their reply was that everything is working perfectly fine. Someone did come later which didn’t change anything. I Told them again and they said the software doesn’t show any problems so theres nothing wrong with the AC. Poor customer service. Not much space for any kind of storage. The bathroom also didn’t have any place to hang towels. They had stands which really didn’t hold much.

The property was amazing, very clean which is a must for me. Located in prime location. The only downside was that the air conditioning not working properly and no one to get ahold off. Contacted the property and never received a response. With over 100 degree weather and air conditioning barely working, was torturing.

Excellent location and great room with nice loft. Very modern and clean. Quiet space in the middle of where you want to be. AC unit unfortunately couldn’t keep up with the heat outside, the room never cooled lower than 27.9C, so we didn’t give a 5 star review.

The property well located, but the upstairs a/c did not work, which made it really hot upstairs and difficult to sleep. We contacted the manager but did not receive a reply. The safe also did not work. I noticed that on a previous review, not a big issue for us, but was surprised that it was not addressed.
