Kiva vanha rakennus. Uudistuksia tehty ehkä hieman perinnettä rikkoen (esim. vanhassa antiikkisessa pöydässä jalat pleksimuovista. Viihtyisä, hieman katumelua. Henkilökunta hyvin ystävällistä ja palvelu hyvää.

Sijainti oli loistava - keskusta ihan kävelymatkan päässä. "Oikealla puolella" kaupunkia kun ajatellaan yhteyttä lentokentälle ja rautatieasemalle todella lyhyt matka.

positif : proche de la gare, de tram pour aller à l'aéroport, plein de restaurants, St-Maria Novella, l'hôtel est calme, propre, personnel efficace et souriant, surtout le personnel du restaurant. le restaurant est sympatique Seul point négatif : le petit déjeuner laisse beaucoup à désirer, oeuf brouillé toujours froid, morceaux de cake traînent depuis plusieurs jours, donc secs. petit déjeuner minimalist.

Hôtel des charme dans un ancien monastere

Reçu un accueil chaleureux dans cet hôtel de charme proche de la gare .les chambres sont très confortables et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux! Le décor de l’hotel est personnalisé et cela change de l’anonymat des hôtels de cette catégorie.

Hyvätasoinen hotelli Firenzen keskustassa

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, keskustan nähtävyydet ja ravintolat ovat kävelymatkan päässä. Henkilökunta on todella ystävällistä ja hotelli huomioi hienosti mukana olleen vauvamme (huoneessa oli valmiina etukäteen varaamamme vauvansänky vuodevaatteineen sekä lisäksi vielä kiva leikkimatto). Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Käytimme hotellissa pysäköintipalvelua, jossa välillä oli hidas palvelu. Parkkihalli oli ilmeisesti aivan hotellin läheisyydessä, joten auton olisi voinut ehkä itsekin noutaa ja säästää palvelumaksuissa. Aamiaistilassa toimii hyvä iltaravintola (hintataso myös kohtuullinen) ja erityistä plussaa oli se, että saapumisiltana saimme vielä ruokaa vähän ennen ravintolan sulkemisaikaa. Hotellin aulabaarissa oli pientä naposteltavaa tarjolla päivittäin (sipsejä, omenoita yms.).
