A very nice apartment anjoyable rightnin the heart of the city. I enjoyed my stay. But the check in process left me hanging with little to no communication. Was supposed to. Check in was supposed to be at 430pm and never got in til 5pm.

The apartment is in a terrific location. The amenities are ok. The access to all the Tourist activities are top flight. The bed was comfortable and shower had tankless water heater which is really all we needed.Francesco kept us informed and met us at the property to check in. Easy to find.

Bit disappointed

Pros are the location, great space, some unique upgrades, elevator and air conditioning.But, lots of Cons: 1. Did not appreciate receiving a message from Francesco that he was TOO BUSY to great us at the apartment. We were instructed to go to a hotel to get keys. With luggage in tow, this was a major disappointment and hassle. And this is not the first time Francesco has done this to guests, going back to a November 2023 review.2. Did not upgrade shower, which has weird plastic folding doors that do not seal at bottom and a very slippery shower floor.3. No counter space at the bathroom sink.4.Late night restaurant/patio noise heard from the bedroom.BEWARE: Price advertised is for ONE person, there's an extra fee for 2nd person. I feel this was 'bait and switch'. My fault for not realizing this earlier.BEWARE: Additional charge for utilities.Why not just be up-front and honest and just incorporate into the advertised price?

Perfect Location

We had a lovely time in this apartment! It had everything we needed for our stay. It’s perfectly located right off the piazza Vecchio, near the leather market and the Ponte Vecchio bridge with a 15m walk to the train station. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and serene. Steps from everything...you will not believe how convenient it is to be able to go back for bathrooms and lunch time break. Francesco communicates well. Only complaint is where is the IRON?

Christmas trip in Florence

My wife and I had a lovely stay in this apartment. The location was perfect, just steps away from Piazza de la Signoria and the Ponte Vecchio. The rooms were clean, the TV's, Wi-Fi, and the A/C systems worked well, and we were able to cook simple meals in the small kitchen. Francesco was very responsive throughout our stay.

December in Florence

Location is unbeatable. Apartment is as advertised, very quiet but in the middle of all the sights of the historic center. Communication was reliable and timely. My adult daughter and I stayed here for two weeks and would highly recommend it. Steps from everything but comfortably tucked away in its own Piazza. Very comfortable and nice apartment as a base for exploring.
