Wide and comfortable apartment, ideal for families or a group of friends. A large hall to welcome your luagges and you arrive to he living area, with a flat tv screen, and two sofa beds and the table to work at pc or having your meals. The full equipped    kitchen is in a separated area. The faily room has a double bed and a single with a litle separation to guaranteea bit of privacy and a private bathroom with the access from inside the room. The other twin room has very big space for the storage. Two complete and comfortable bathrooms, with shower and bathtub have a direct access from common hall.The apartment has a washing machine, a dishwasher and air conditioning in all rooms.    The neighborhood is residential an really quiet, full of bistrot and little local restaurant and a supermarket within few minutes walking distance. it's located 5 minutes far from san Marco Square and 10 minutes far from San Lorenzo Square, inside the center and inside the limited traffic zone (ZTL).

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
