The location was so wonderul - 2 blocks to the Duomo, a few blocks to see The David, a few blocks from the train station. The host was attentive and answered questions. Meeting us at the front door and leaving instructions. The flat was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was small - but the dining area and little terrace was so nice to sit back with a coffee. All-in-all, a fabulous stay.

The photos online do not match the reality of the building/unit. They have a very creative photographer! Cleanliness was lacking - mold in the shower, dirt,dust and mold around the bathroom fans. It says it's recently renovated but looks like it's time for another one. There was a broken tile in hallway floor as you enter unit. There was a cracked toilet seat which the manager duct taped for us, when we notified him. With that being said, the property manager Matias was fantastic. He was polite, responsive, helpful and an excellent communicator. The location is wonderful - very central to popular attractions. There are steep marble stairs that are slippery to the front door. There are also narrow, steep steps to the small balcony (room for 2 only) pictured in the listing. Was nice to listen to the bells as they tolled each morning. The beds were very comfortable and was perfect for 2 people traveling as friends. Kitchen was well appointed.

Just a few blocks from the duomo and the railway station this appartment is very well located. The beds are very confortable and the apartment was fairly quiet for being in town center.

This space was absolutely amazing!! My friends and I had the best time while in Florence. The location was perfect and so close to everything. The rooms were so nice and so was the little balcony! Highly recommend staying here!

Love Florence

Wonderful Stay in Florence

Location is great, close to train station and all places you want to visit while in Florence. Be ready to go up the stairs but no issue for us as we knew that was part of the stay. 15 minutes walk to everything we wanted to see. Very comfortable beds. Great place overall.
