The location was great, on the western end of the city and a few blocks from the Florence train station. We were able to walk there with our luggage without much problem. Also, it was convenient for the day trip tours that start at the train station.The property manager contact was friendly and was there for check in and reachable through Whatsapp chat if we needed anything.The one major disappointment was the water pressure and showers! Despite having 3 bathrooms with showers, only 1 person could shower at a time because the water would only drip out if more than 1 was in use. This was a massive pain since we had a party of 8 people. Also, one of the toilets broke while we were there and was constantly filling the bowl with water. This made the water pressure in the showers even worse! The owner was not able to get anyone to come fix these issues during our stay.

It was a great location near the train station and Santa Maria Novella, a quick walk to the river, sites near the Ponte Vecchio and the high end shopping. We arrived early on our check-in day and were allowed to drop our bags upon arrival which was a huge help and our kids loved the two-level bedroom. Great size for our group of 5.
