Intimate and discreet apartment on the fourth floor without elevator of a typical Florentine building. Strategic location, a few steps from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. Recently renovated apartment, enjoys all the comforts of a modern accommodation located in a lively and central neighborhood. It consists of: a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living area with kitchenette equipped with dishes, utensils, dishwasher, oven. It feature    Wifi, washing machine, and air conditioning. To reach the apartment you need to walk up four floors (75 steps), so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.

Beautiful Views!

This was an excellent stay! You can walk anywhere from here, the River, restaurants, the museums and markets. The view is amazing. Even just sitting on the couch reading is wonderful here. I would absolutely rent here again.
