Though this property was a bit removed from the Florence City Center, it was just a few blocks and a bridge away. It was also not far from the Piazza de Michelangelo, which meant access to a fair number of excellent restaurants a little more off the beaten path. The staff were very welcoming and kind. We also appreciated the laundry services very much!

Lovely, clean units with good proximity to the tourist quarter. Refreshingly separate. Classy, small hotel, plenty of restaurants and easy walking distance if you are happy to go just that bit further to shake off the crowds. View of the Arno and the famous skyline from some units. Owners are great communicators. They have fixed desk hours but provide easy instructions for self checkin/out.

The hotel was excellent — very clean and well maintained. The location is ideal if you are traveling with children: just a few minutes from the city center and with everything you need around. The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location and the hosts were really friendly. Great communication before and during the stay. Only negative was daily cleaning is upon request which I didn’t realise and so we didnt get any clean towels.
