You can't beat this location in Florence! And if you're into Da Vinci and his work, iyou can stay at this property where he lived for 2 years! The staff is so welcoming and inviting. The library with the bar is such a beautiful place to sit after a day of sightseeing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi for our early morning departure. It's the best location, overlooking the San Lorenzo Cathedral, a 2-minute walk to the Central Market, and a short walk to the main attractions and the train station. It was not easy to find a room for a family of three in Italy, so I didn't expect to stay in such a spacious room. The library on the second floor was very beautiful. We had a great 3 night stay at the Artists' Palace in Florence. The hotel was very clean and is an easy 20 minute walk from the train station, and is super convenient to all other sites in Florence.
