Chose this hotel after our flight was canceled. Staff was extremely welcoming. Rooms were clean,neat and well appointed. No frills but everything was very clean. I had never stayed at The Social Hub before, but after this visit, I will be looking for more Social Hub hotels to use! The rooftop setting was very nice to see the city and enjoy the weather without ever leaving the hotel. Also, there is a public transit stop right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller.

I would definitly book again if ever in Florence, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and had everything you need. In the lobby there are 2 restaurants, a pooltable, a lot of seatings to just chill or work. Right across the hotel there is transportation to city or the station. No bad remark about this hotel.

Love it! A bit more lightning in the rooms would be great but it is beautiful and everyone was great! The rooftop view is freaking amazing! Location is so close to train station where you can take high speed trains to other cities and walking distance to great restaurants, duomo and other places.

The room was clean and the staff were super helpful. Only downside was that our room was a bit far from the lobby, the tv didn’t work, and they didn’t replace our cups. Other than that, great experience; the hotel is really modern, lively and clean, and super close to the center and train station. I recommend!
