This 60 sq mt / 645 sq ft penthouse is located on the 3rd floor, with elevator, of a three-story 16th-century period residence.



You are greeted by a bright living room that houses a kitchenette, a table for 4 and two armchairs with a 40\'\' smart TV. From here you go up a wooden staircase to the master bedroom (mattress size 160 x 190 cm) on the scaffolding. Returning to the first level, you will find on the left of the entrance the bathroom with shower and the small room with a single bed (mattress measures 90 x 190 cm) overlooking the inner courtyard.

Do yourself a favor and stay south of the Arno when in Florence. You'll get a better value for your dollar.And if you do, stay here. First (as always with my reviews) the bad: You'll have to walk up 8 stairs to get to your apartment. That's it. That's everything that may have bearing on your stay. Even then, the building has an elevator, so the first 73 stairs can be avoided.Now the good.Adelaide and Francesca could not be better hosts. The apartment is wonderfully decorated and well appointed. The bed is comfortable and a wide range of pillows are available. The area is quiet (given it's a block south of the Arno). And the best part? You get to control the temperature.My wife and I loved their supplemental recommendations available through their website or a QR code. Though we must say that the best pizza we had in Italy wasn't recommended. It's found at Gustapizza in the neighborhood.

Wonderful Stay

Adelaide and Francesca were wonderful, in their management and communication. The apartment is in a prime location and is nicely maintained. Fantastic Firenze stay!
