Apartment was in a great location, highly recommend. Beds comfortable and plenty of space. There is a flight of stairs before you enter the apartment so if that concerns you, I would recommend something else. The key situation was not great for a group of 5 with 2 couples and 1 single. There is only 1 key and 1 card to enter.

Loved everything about this apartment in Firenze. The beds were comfy, the entire space was clean, and the location was perfect. I’d stay here again, and I highly recommend it for 3-6 people. Easy check in and check out and the swipe card made access so much easier.

Absolutely PERFECT! The location was right in the middle of everything but yet off just far enough down a narrow side street to be relatively quiet and isolated from the noise of the city. This was a fantastic experience! The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and everything worked well. We used the washer/dryer here to refresh our "carry-on-only" supply of clothing. I would absolutely love to stay here again. It was exactly what we were looking for. I'm a mom with two teen/tween kids and traveled with my parents. Everyone had their own space but we loved coming together around the dining table to play cards and snack in the evenings. It was just the perfect balance of city adventures with quiet retreat and only about a 2 min walk from any snacks/food/wine/gelato/etc. that we wanted to run out to pick up in the evening after our adventures walking around the city all day.

The apartment was as described. Host was reliable and reachable. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was quiet and felt very safe. We loved the location. I appreciate the heated drying racks in the bathrooms. All in all a good place to stay while enjoying Florence.

5 stars would have been given if key boxes and codes available to enable quicker access. Wait for agent was not excessive but we waited nonetheless. Also, kitchen equipment such as microwave and cloths would rate higher. Wi-fi was good and taxis could get to the front door.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 6. The bedrooms were spacious. The air conditioning was nice as we were there in a heat wave. It was quiet too. The kitchen table was nice and big but the living room area was a little small. We couldn't all sit in it at the same time. It's walking distance to so many attractions. I would stay here again if we ever return to Florence.

Very clean, great location

We were looking for something to accommodate 5 adults (2 couples and a single) with 2 bathrooms. This rental worked great. Check in communication was good and efficient. We were only issued 1 key, 2 keys would have been better. If we find ourselves in Florence again we would stay here again.
