Very good hotel in a good location

Myself and my wife stayed here for 5 nights and were very pleased with the room, staff and location. We had room 41 which is the only one on the top floor and had a very large balcony with 2 sunbeds and a table and chairs and overlooks Valletta whilst getting sun nearly all day. Also it is next to the free jacuzzi. Bedroom is large, clean and modern with a huge bed and the bathroom is very big too. Area is quiet and there are a couple of small stores and a snack bar within 50 yards to get water, beer, pastries etc. It is about 300 yards to the bus station and the entrance to the city of Valletta. Would go again and highly recommend. Didn't have the breakfast option so can't comment on that.

A lovely small hotel, spacious rooms with en-suite shower and toilet.There is a rooftop area, with jacuzzi's. An indoor pool and gym on the basement level.

Tritoni Valetta boutique Hotel

Wonderfully located just outside the walled city. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from said area. The price point was very interesting and the property itself is well maintained, with warm, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was OK, recommend getting bfast in the city, more romantic :) The rooftop terrace needs improvement, as the experience leaves to be desired, the truly only drawback from this wonderful hotel.

Great location, a pleasant 10-minute walk through a park to the city gate. Easy to find in a quiet suburb. Large room, very comfortable bed, big shower room. 24-hour reception, free coffee and water in reception very welcome. Negatives: random, on-off humming noise kept me awake (though I admit I am a light sleeper). Could clearly here footsteps from room above - better sound insulation needed. Windows in room opened only on to internal shafts. Staff professional and efficient but not over-friendly or interested in guests. As a result of these the property is overpriced, though I would still definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is well presented and provided free tea and coffee 24/7 which was a nice touch. Rooms well appointed with gowns, slippers and new towels daily. Jeffrey and Caroline on reception very friendly and helpful. A few niggles, patio doors wouldn’t close fully and so a little more noise from road below, The room door was sticking on floor - so noisy for neighbouring rooms. Water in indoor pool very cold and it’s really just a plunge pool. We did view another room further up but that definitely had a problem with damp or drains smell in en-suite.

In the first room the shower panel was missing and taking a shower flooded the entire bathroom. I also saw a roach on the desk crawling along. Then the gave me a second room wit a nice bathroom and great water pressure. However one evening I saw a huge roach crawl across the floor. It's a shame because the place looks and seems very clean. Maybe they just have to get an exterminator. The hotel has great potential for the quality and location.

A jaccuzi is a plus and staff very nice especially Caroline Charles and Adil ! It’s comfortable but after 800 some repair works were annoying! Good property in Floriana and walkable too

Lovely hotel, avoid the breakfast

Lovely boutique hotel a nice walking distance from Valleys main gate and bus station. We had a cute little balcony and a beautiful room. The welcome was excellent and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the breakfast was very poor indeed. What limited hot food there was had been allowed to go stone cold on a buffet heated with tea light candles! There was no toaster!! One other point of note is the awful smell emanating from the shower drain, which we cured by leaving a wet towel over.
