Location was good. Staff were nice and the room was in good condition with a nice shower. It is nice having a balcony. The negatives were that the jacuzzi was broken and we also weren't told at check-in. The hot water frequently ran out. In the night you could hear the lift and pipework. Breakfast seemed pretty expensive but we just went to Jeff's round the corner which was great and very cheap.

Lovely clean comfortable room, excellent location just a few minutes walk to the main areas. Huge thanks to the staff who called me after we had headed to the airport to let me know I had left my kindle in the room. Resulting in a mad dash back to the hotel to collect it .

Good size room and decent location right outside the gates of Valletta. It’s a small hotel with minimal staff interaction (they seemed ambivalent to our existence if I can be honest). The biggest knock was how shabby the room was, especially the bathroom/shower and unswept floors in the room. Overall what I should have expected from a 3-star, but it could have been a nicer experience with a bit more care and attention to cleanliness.

Very clean room. Hotel is very conveniently located - 5 minutes walk to Valletta - but in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff very courteous and helpful. Plunge pool was nice. Would recommend, and would have no hesitation in returning.

Everything is very sweet, and the staff are lovely. The breakfast is simple but adequate. The main issue is the pervasive smell of drains from the bathroom. I suspect this is an issue across Valletta. As we were only staying 4 nights, we tolerated it with the aircon on in the bathroom all night. A shame, as everything else is very sweet.

The room was clean but lacked attention to detail. Both the rooms bathroom and main entrance door could only be opened 1/2 way before the floor stopped it. The door knob is only 1" so it is almost impossible to open by old people. Must use 2 hands. The AC works but makes loud pops and clicks when running. Toilet runs all the time. Rust stain in bowl from it running. Hot water is scalding hot. We informed the nightime desk worker.
