Building in front of the sea, with exit to the beach, with intercom, swimming pool, party room with barbecue, janitor, direct access to the beach, 24h security, central gas and electronic gate.
Wi-Fi and NET with 200 channels in two points. Air conditioning in the rooms and ceiling fans.
Right across the street you will find a restaurant by the pound and the best ice cream parlor in town. Close to market, pharmacy.
