Férias, Conforto, Relaxamento de verdade

Sou Praiano, moro no Paraná, Dois Vizinhos, e passei dias espetaculares com minha família por 15 dias, quanto ao anúncio publicado, é muito mais que o ofertado, fiquei impressionado com o local, praia, pessoas preparadas para receber o Turismo, especialmente o Sr Ricardo, uma pessoa amável, amiga, cuidadosa, preocupada com a nossa estadia, INDICO, RECOMENDO, a todos que queira passar momentos especiais . Sr. Ricardo, além de proprietário do imóvel, iniciamos uma grande amizade, estamos já retornando no próximo verão e aumentando os dias , em nossa estadia, nos sentimos melhor que estarmos em nossa própria casa. Estadia perfeita.

Estive com minha família por 10 dias (04/01 a 14/01) hospedado no apartamento do Sr. José Ricardo Reis, em Palhoça/SC. As descrições do anúncio estão de acordo com o que encontramos. O apartamento é excelente, muito bem arejado e limpo, e muito bem localizado. Próximo à praia e da BR-101, que dá acesso fácil a Florianópolis e às praias do sul de SC, todas próximas. Há restaurantes próximos ao imóvel, mercados e um bom supermercado perto também. O proprietário do imóvel (Sr. J. Ricardo) foi super atencioso e nos atendeu muito bem. E o condomínio é super tranquilo e seguro. Não tivemos nenhum tipo de incômodo. No futuro, se puder, gostaríamos de voltar a locar o imóvel. E com certeza, recomendo esse imóvel para um amigo ou familiar. E as pessoas que consultarem o anúncio, podem alugar para a sua temporada de férias ou carnaval, porque vale a pena.
