O local é seguro e encontramos tudo em ordem, exatamente como está nas fotos. A cama é confortável, porém estreita, pequena mesmo. O ar condicionado fica no corredor, não atende bem ao quarto. O banheiro é razoável, a pressão da água muito baixa nas torneiras e no chuveiro, ocasionando demora para banhar-se. A limpeza do ambiente em geral é boa. Cozinha completa e bem equipada.

Adorei ficar aqui! Um espaço que cumpre o que promete: facilidade de acesso à praia, bairro tranquilo, praticidade na chegada e saída. O único porém é que você divide o espaço externo do terreno com outras pessoas caso não alugue todos os cômodos, é preciso sorte pra ter bons vizinhos.
