Guests will have access to a comfortable, organized, well-equipped, excellently located and secure place.
The 127.89 m² property has one suite with a QUEEN BED, one bedroom with two SINGLE BEDS, a living room with a 42" TV, and a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH BARBECUE AND OUTDOOR DECK. All rooms have SPLIT AC (HOT AND COLD).
IMPORTANT!
1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Host Access
- A Me2 Host will check you in at the agreed time.
CHECK-IN FROM 14:00 TO 20:00
- BETWEEN 20:00 AND 22:00 AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF R$ 100,00 WILL BE CHARGED
