Nice hotel in a good location. The staff was very helpful and nice. Steam room and sauna were clean and we had nice massages in the spa treatment rooms on site. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed the breakfast very much with fresh squeezed natural orange & pineapple juice. The beach front is beautiful and the best part is the staff at the reception, the restaurant and the house keeping. We also got free room upgrade.

Beautiful hotel, grounds right on the beach

We absolutely loved this hotel! Everything about it was so well thought out, planned and designed with beauty, naturalness and functionality at it's core. It was comfortable on a cooler rainy day due to the indoor pool, steam room and sauna and on the warm sunny days it was great to have the beautiful beach at your doorstep! The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner!! We just loved everything about our stay! They even made sure for our anniversary, they sent up a small bottle of champagne and strawberries which was such a nice gesture!!

Hotel antigo, com falta de manutenção de rotina no quarto ( que poderiam facilmente terem sido sanadas antes da hospedagem) , por exemplo: vazamento no duto do ar condicionado, ducha chuveiro com ferrugem, luminária caindo do teto , trinca na pedra do box , odor forte saindo do ar condicionado, além desses problemas de manutenção, tivemos um atraso de 40 minutos na liberação do quarto no dia do check in. Outra situação desagradável aconteceu no dia do check out , o atendente da recepção com tratamento debochado e irônico quando relatamos que havíamos quebrado um copo , que estava guardado dentro do frigobar numa posição incorreta e de grande risco , além de ter sido um acidente, nos cobraram 30 reais por um copo pequeno , um absurdo, nos sentimos explorados por essa cobrança , além disso ficou nítido a diferenciação no tratamento entre brasileiros e estrangeiros, que só corrobora com as ocorrências relatadas , custo benefício pessimo e principalmente pela falta de profissionalismo do atendente, que a todo momento só repetia que deveríamos relatar tudo na pesquisa de satisfação, justamente o que estou fazendo .

O hotel é muito bom. As instalações são boas, mas sempre tem um reparo aqui e ali que precisa ser feito, mas nada que atrapalhasse. A limpeza dos quartos era boa, mas acredito que pelos detalhes, bastante demorada, a exemplo, tiveram dias que saímos do quarto às 08h e às 15h/15:30h, quando retornamos para descansar, a limpeza ainda não tinha sido feita. O hotel ganha um milhão de pontos, por conta do incrível restaurante, a comida é simplesmente divina. A localização também é muito boa. Valeu a pena a visita.

Excelente localização na praia. O hotel é bom mas é antigo, precisando de reforma. Além disso, a diária é cara. A sauna não estava funcionando e com cheiro ruim. Reclamamos e dois dias depois ficou ok. Piscinas antigas. Restaurante bom. O hotel parece maravilhoso na foto, mas nos decepcionamos. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e educados. Ficaria hospedada novamente por causa da localização. Tem farmácia e mercado em frente. O lugar é sossegado e perto do centrinho.
