O hotel foi recém reformado, os quartos são bons e limpos. Porém a acústica é terrível. Muitos argentinos, estrangeiros, parecia que estávamos em outro pais. Povo sem educação, barulhento, não conseguimos dormir nenhuma das noites direito, barulho até tarde e as 6 da manhã barulho de novo. Café da manhã com som alto, já logo cedo. Foi uma experiência bem diferente. Se vc tem interesse em descansar em lugar tranquilo. lá não é uma opção. No anúncio naonficou claro que o estacionamento era pago e rotativo. Deixamos o carro na rua. Mas o local é seguro, porém difícil de achar vaga por perto.

O valor foi alto pelo tipo de estadia, vinha um cheiro forte do banheiro do encanamento do hotel, se deixássemos a porta aberta do banheiro aquele cheiro tomava conta do quarto. Ao entrar no quarto se deparávamos com um reboco de cimento na parede. Era um quarto de luxo mas nao tinha nenhuma cortina, o guarda roupa era aberto não tinha nada de luxo, era uma acomodação simples Pelo valor pago teria que ter pelo menos uma cozinha mas não.

O atendente que nos recepcionou na chegada não foi simpático e o quarto que nos acomodaram não era no local que havia visto no site. O ar condicionado não funcionou e as 5hrs da manhã acordamos com o barulho da cozinha que ficava ao lado do quarto, na preparação no café, conversas, risadas e bateção. Quem paga por um hotel busca ao menos dormir tranquilamente. Acho que poderiam nos colocar em outro quarto usando esse do lado da cozinha apenas em último caso.

A estadia é muito cara para o que oferece. Os preços praticados na região são exorbitantes. O quarto apesar de ser triplo, estávamos em 2 pessoas, era bem apertado. Não tinha nada para colocar roupas, nem armário, nem gavetas. O mais próximo era uma arara sem cabides. O trato com a recepção era difícil pois eles demoravam horas para responder o WhatsApp, e ficavam localizados em outro prédio. No dia que chegamos questionei se a piscina estava limpa e o atendente Matheus afirmou que a manutenção era feita na parte da noite, no dia seguinte comentei que iria tirar uma foto para postar na avaliação, Qnd eu voltei da praia a piscina estava interditada, ou seja, se eu não falasse nada não teria sido tratada. Os hóspedes, na sua grande maioria argentinos, não respeitam as regras de não fumar, não estender roupas na grade da piscina e os funcionários do flat nada fazem. Ontem, apesar do horário da piscina ser até as 20, os argentinos estavam com som nas alturas fazendo algazarra na piscina até 01 da manhã. Mandei msg no zap da recepção e estou esperando resposta até agora. Meu voo era hj cedo e o hotel nada fez. As camareiras fazem boa limpeza e trocam as toalhas sempre que necessário. Nao recomendo.

ALQUILE EXCLUSIVAMENTE ESE HOSPEDAJE POR QUE SE PODIA ABONAR EL TOTAL DE LA RESERVA EN EL HOSPEDAJE, COSA QUE NO SE CUMPLIÓ, YA QUE A DOS SEMANAS ANTES DE LA ESTADÍA ME DESCONTARON EL 50% EN LA TARJETA DE CRÉDITO. Respecto al alojamiento; me entregaron la habitación una hora más tarde porque todavía no lo habían limpiado. Unica coisa legal é a localização. Fiz a reserva pelo hoteis.com. chagando lá, fomos direcionados a um quarto que, acredito eu, estava fechado desde a temporada passada, cheirando a mofo. Solicitei a troca de quarto visto minha rinite e que iria apenas dormir uma noite no local pois tinha uma prova de concurso no outro dia. Foram cobrados R$ 80,00 a mais pelo outro quarto. Ainda se nao bastasse, duas pessoas adentraram o quarto enquanto estamos dormindo. Ao ver que o quarto estava ocupado, deixaram o local.

No check in fui atendida por um rapaz, falava muito rápido, me disse que todas as informações estariam atrás da porta, não tinha nenhuma informação atrás da porta RS, a recepção é em um prédio e a estadia foi em outro e as informações foram passadas durante esse trajeto, enquanto eu andava o rapaz andava mais rápido e falando. A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar, o banheiro tem um odor intenso, as cortinas não vedam a luz, a cortina da janela em cima da cama enrosca na cabeça e atrapalha o sono, o frigobar faz um barulho muito chato e incomoda durante a noite. A tv só pega SBT e Record. O café é bom. A localização é boa. O quarto é bem apertadinho, as luzes do corredor não acendem em alguns andares e durante a noite precisei utilizar a lanterna do celular para descer e subir as escadas.
