Bom custo benefício, considerando preço, estrutura e localização. Café da manhã com suco natural e frutas que fazem diferença! O restante é o básico de hotel. Sugestão de melhoria: dão apenas um cartão de abertura de porta por quarto e colocam dificuldade para liberar um segundo cartão. Isso é um dificultador, pois se vc está em dupla ou trio sair separadamente para passear fica com essa gestão de chave de quarto desnecessariamente para gerenciar. Ponto de melhoria simples a ser feito.

Precisei trocar de quarto. No primeiro havia intenso mau cheiro e cabelos/pêlos por todo lado. No segundo quarto havia cheiro forte de sujeira em uma das cortinas, porém como era distante da cama tornava-se tolerável. O hotel tem boa relação custo-benefício. Entretanto, começa a apresentar sinais de baixa manutenção.

O café encerra às 10:00, porém as 9:45 não fazem mais reposição e só te comunicam quando você chega, ou seja , não existe nenhum aviso ou alerta dessa orientação . Então encerrem antes , mas não deixem o hóspede não mão, sem poder usufruir daquilo que ele está pagando.

Hotel excelente! Viajo por todo o Brasil a trabalho e amei minha experiência no Évora. Limpíssimo, café da manhã variado, excelente atendimento na recepção. A localização é muito boa, bem no centro da cidade, mas a região me surpreendeu, pois é bem limpa e segura. Voltando a Floripa, ficarei no mesmo hotel.
