Achamos o lugar bem diferente das Fotos postadas aqui no Hotéis.com.. estacionamento não tinha vaga para todos carros, quarto muito pequeno, café era 20,00 por pessoa poderia ser mais em conta... cantinho da agua e microondas era um pouco sujo.. Também não conseguimos parcelar e que no site mostrava que poderia parcelar a estadia!

O pessoal do staff (recepção, café da manhã e limpeza) é extremamente atencioso, ao contrario do que li aqui antes de reservar. Merecem os parabéns!! O café da manhã é excelente, bastante variado. O ar condicionado e a cama são muito bons também!! Entretanto, as fotos não mostram o estado atual do hotel, principalmente as jacuzzis e a piscina que estão bastante deterioradas... nem tivemos coragem de usar!! Acho que precisaria uma reforma neste espaço... Embora considerada própria para banho, a praia em frente tem (muito) esgoto a céu aberto, sendo necessário deslocamento para encontrar uma praia mais limpa!!

O hotel deixou muito a desejar. Ficava apenas uma funcionária no período da tarde e noite que tinha que fazer tudo. A parte do SPA não funcionava e estava totalmente sem manutenção com limpeza precária. Toda hora o motor da hidro e da sauna parava de funcionar mesmo sem ter caído água. O quarto a limpeza era apenas de troca de lençóis e toalhas. Não tinha secador e ducha higiênica.
