Amazing penthouse with a private jacuzzi (not heated), barbecue, and cozy terrace. Bedrooms and living room with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Excellent location: do everything on foot! The beach is 500 meters away, supermarket and pharmacy 200 meters away, with bars, sports arenas, restaurants, and many dining options nearby. The condo offers a game room, heated pools, gym, playground, and kids' area. The best of Floripa awaits you.
Incredible, sunny penthouse with a spectacular private outdoor area: jacuzzi (not heated), barbecue, hammock, and an outdoor dining table (all within the private terrace area). The indoor space is comfortable, with bedrooms and living room equipped with air conditioning, cozy beds, and impeccable linens. The kitchen is complete and well-equipped.
This penthouse has two bedrooms. There is a suite with a queen bed plus a private workspace, and a second bedroom also with a queen bed. In addition, the living room has a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two more people.
The condominium is family-friendly, very safe, and has many amenities: heated swimming pools for adults and children; a game room with billiards, foosball, and ping pong; a playroom and playground for kids; as well as a fully equipped gym. One parking space is available.
The location is the best in Campeche. You will be in Novo Campeche, a vibrant area filled with dining options and just steps from a beautiful beach. You can do everything on foot: beach, market, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, bakeries, and beach tennis courts.
House rules: Smoking is ONLY allowed in the outdoor terrace area. Pets are welcome upon request. Days of peace, joy, and fun are encouraged.
