O atendimento da pousada é sem dúvidas um dos melhores que já tive. Toda a equipe extremamente bem solicita, não tivemos nenhum momento que passamos estresse com nada. Café da manhã bem agradável não tinha tantas variedades porém também não deixou a desejar. Porém a pousada em si não tem muita manutenção e isso deixou um pouco a desejar. O quarto que ficamos tinha muitas baratas, uma manutenção do banheiro bem precária. Na área da piscina as espreguiçadeiras estavam todas com bolor ou manchadas. Confesso que deu certo ranço de sentar. De resto foi muito boa a experiência.

Ficamos apenas 1 dia e valeu muito a pena. Nossas filhas amaram. Gostei do contato que podemos ter com a natureza. A piscina muito boa. Café da manhã ótimo, muito organizado e com uma belíssima apresentação e muito saboroso. Quando chegamos ao nosso chalé não tinha toalhas para as meninas e nem o tapete de piso do banheiro, mas logo que solicitado as meninas foram muito prestativas e simpática ao nos atender, parabéns. Só não foi melhor ainda pois os travesseiros eram muito fino.

O local tem muito potencial, mas os quartos precisam de reforma. Teia de aranha e aranhas no banheiro. Não havia secador. Um dos dias o aquecimento da água não funcionou. Tomamos banho frio. O apoiador de toalha estava quebrado. Precisa de manutenção. No café da manhã, as coisas acabavam. Toalhas da piscina nem sempre tinha disponível. Percebo que falta organização para atender melhor os hóspedes. Alguns funcionários não usavam máscaras o tempo todo que estavam expostos ou usavam no queixo.

A piscina não estava aquecida, mas logo nos serão uma solução, foram bem eficaz no atendimento, sempre dispostos a ajudar e deixar nossa estadia o melhor possível. A água do chuveiro demorava a esquentar porque era solar, mas nada que impediu de termos uma boa estadia. O café da manhã e razoável, tudo fresco repunham não hora, mas não tinha grandes variedade. Sem lógica e cobrarem R$130,00 a hora na hidromassagem.

Foram 3 dias de descanso. O lugar é lindíssimo, vale a pena conhecer. Porém, pecou muito no quesito limpeza. Infelizmente, isso tirou um pouco da beleza do passeio. O atendimento foi bom e o café da manhã mediano. Considerando o custo-benefício geral, fiquei satisfeita.

Hotel com área comum muito bacana, ótima piscina, quadra de areia para vôlei um parque para crianças, quartos espaçosos. Pontos a melhorar o café da manhã é fraco poucas opções no geral todos os dias são oferecidos as mesmas opções que são poucas. As camas nso são confortáveis e ficamos 8 diárias e os lençóis nao foram trocados, mas no geral para categoria pousada atendeu super bem, apesar de não ter praia pé na areia tem acesso rápido as praias.

Quando reservamos não informaram que a piscina estava em obras. O quarto que ficamos tinha alguns problemas no banheiro, pontuais. Esses foram os problemas maiores. A pousada é bem integrada à natureza, com visitas matinais dos macacos prego e sagüis. Muito legal isso, principalmente para quem vai com familia. Tem uma trilha leve para aproveitar, também. Fica bem perto de praias bem legais, facilitando uma escapada da mesmice.

Gostei muito do hotel, lugar muito lindo, ótimo para aproveitar a natureza. Excelentes chalés, café da manha bom ! Duas dicas que poderiam melhorar a estadia de familias com crianças: 1) TV no quarto da cama de casal, 2) no lugar de sofá cama, deveria ser 2 camas de solteiros, seria muito melhor !
