Melhorem o colchão...principalmente.

O colchão da cama era péssimo; uma noite extremamente mal dormida. Faltava lâmpada de iluminação no teto. Já fiquei em locais com banheiros pequenos,mas esse era minúsculo e muito desconfortável. Limpeza ok.

Esperava mais, quarto com problemas no chuveiro (pingado muito), frigobar com mal contato na tomada e WI-FI não funcionou. Além disso senti falta de uma melhor recepção. Fiquei triste pois pretendia voltar.

Não volto mais ao Carolina Apart Hotel - Floripa

Local com baixa higiene, privada entupida, microondas do apartamento com problemas, camas com lençóis sujos, sem regras nas áreas de convivência onde pessoas fumavam na cozinha, barulho até 2 horas da manha de hóspedes e quando tínhamos alguma reclamação o gestor do local parecia que estava fazendo um favor para nos atender.

A localização é excelente, o atendimento foi ótimo, o espaço é bom, cama confortável! O frigobar foi muito útil e o wi fi funcionou bem! O que não curti muito foi o chuveiro que era difícil de abrir e fechar e que existiam poucas tomadas no quarto.

A hospedagem foi maravilhosa, recepcionados muito bem, tudo limpo, bonito e organizado e o que mais me agrada é o banheiro ser impecável. Localização ótima, conseguimos visitar várias praias (inclusive a de cachoeira que é a uma quadra) e pagando pouco no transporte (uber, 99pop, taxi).

Muito bom

O hotel é muito, mas muito mesmo, bem localizado. A praia em frente é maravilhosa, super calma sem ondas, perto de restaurantes, mercados, farmácia, lojinhas, sorveteria, bastante coisa. O hotel é bem simples, não tem café da manhã, a limpeza no dia do natal não foi feita, mas acho q ninguém trabalhou esse dia. Mas no geral a limpeza era ok. O único problema do quarto foi o ar condicionado q não funcionava muito bem, ele desligava durante a noite enquanto dormimos e tinha q ligar de novo quando acordava todo suado. E também o chuveiro dava choque na torneira. Uma coisa q eu achei legal foi q vc pode levar o que quiser para o frigobar, pq eles não vendem nada no hotel. De resto foi tudo bem eu amei minha estadia em Florianópolis.

Custo/Benefício aquém do esperado

Custo do hotel muito alto comparado com o que oferece. Quarto não tem um guarda-roupas decente, localização em uma praia mais feia e simples da cidade (Ponta das Canas) o que indicaria que deveria ser mais barato, e também tem que pagar o café da manhã a parte, para piorar a situação do custo. Apesar de oferecer um espaço compartilhado com mesas, geladeira, microondas, etc, muitas coisas estão em um estado de conservação ruim.

Perto da praia. A cozinha é somente coletiva, por ser um apart, acreditei que teriam equipamentos no quarto. Só tinham microondas e frigobar muito velho.

Considero que a relação custo-benefício da estadia foi um pouco abaixo do esperado. Pontos positivos: * Ótima hospitalidade dos anfitriões e funcionários * Localização muito próxima de uma ótima praia e de restaurantes * Estacionamento sempre com vaga disponível Pontos a aprimorar: * Quarto requer reforma. Porta do banheiro e valvulas com problemas recorrentes * Melhorar a higiene da área do café da manhã (reportada a anfitriã) * Dedetizar os quartos. Muitos insetos e formigas. * Melhorar a cobertura do Wifi nos quartos. Muito lento e intermitente. * Maior disciplina na área do jardim que é próxima aos quartos. Pessoas falando alto e fazendo barulho até 1 da manhã sem ninguém intervir. Tive que solicitar respeito pessoalmente. Sei que o periodo de férias é para descontração mas deve haver limites para não influenciar no descanso dos outros hóspedes.
