Here is all the things that were wrong with the hotel. One the door locks didn’t lock. They were jammed in two separate rooms. Paint was peeling off the shower tile. The TV was broken. Staff did not offer to bring my suitcase up to the fourth floor. I had to walk up four stories with my heavy luggage. There was a small river next to the property that smelled like raw sewage I’ve got four or five other complaints, but I don’t think I have enough room to put them. I’ll give this hotel a zero and I’ll say I’d like a full refund because Orbits did not do a good job on therehomework on this property. It was at least 60 years old one tiny 1970s elevator one block away on premises. I’m very upset about staying there the air conditioner didn’t work. I sweated all night long after one night I canceled the rest of my rest of my stay. I’m very disappointed and I like a full refund. John Spooner.

Em 2° Lugar recepcionistas falando espanhol,estamos no Brasil,nossa língua oficial é o Portugues,e na minha recepção tive 2 atendentes falando espanhol,3° na minha chegada recebi um bilhete com o número da recepção,a senha do wi fi,mas no meu quarto não tinha aparelho de telefone para ligar para a recepção . Portanto não foi de todo satisfatório a minha estadia
