Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 50 m² house with jacuzzi for rent in Floyon, which can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises a pretty 32 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 3,000 m².
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 32 m² living room with TV, sofa...
- A dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC
On the mezzanine :
- Sleeping area 1: with a double bed (140×190), a single bed (for children up to 8 years) and a single sofa bed
- Sleeping area 2: with two single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private jacuzzi for up to 5 people awaits you for a moment of absolute relaxation. This option, which costs €59.00 per stay, is available on request and must be paid for on arrival.
- A beautiful 3,000 m² enclosed garden with a children's play area
- A veranda with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Floyon, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
Fishing, a visit to the nearby zoo and swimming pool, several hiking trails, cycling, the Val Joly, château de Guise, glass museum, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint Quentin, about 1 hour by car
- Nearest airport: Reims-Champagne, about 1h40min by car
