Private terrace. Shared land with the cottage opposite. Gite adjoining the owner's house, 50m from gite 73G114139, located on the heights of the village, on the mountainside, on a very sunny slope with a 180° panoramic view including Mont-Blanc. Beautiful property perfectly maintained, neat and flowered with a large parking lot in common. Lots of charm and character with the enhancement of materials used and recovered from the family farm.
