Heerlijk en mooi verblijf

Heerlijk rustige omgeving, huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals een heerlijk zwembad. De eigenaren zijn erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. Vanuit de locatie mooie trips gemaakt naar diverse plaatsen, op aanraden van de eigenaar. Een plek om lekker tot rust te komen en zeker een keer naar terug te keren. Een aanrader voor hondenbezitsters.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach jeglicher Hinsicht den Erwartungen, die suggeriert wurden. Wenn man etwas kleines, abgelegenes und ruhiges sucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Der wirklich große und gut gepflegte Pool rundet alles ab. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt

Awesome Holiday Home

House and Garden are an absolute dream, especially if you are traveling with a dog or kids. Everything is fenced, so they can't get lost. The house is beautifully built with a greatly equipes kitchen, authentic Espresso maker, a pellet oven, gas stove and a perfect terrace and pool area with outdoor fireplace and bbq opportunity. Your hosts are tremendously friendly and also have 2 cats, 2 kids and a dog. The area is not as touristic, yet there are plenty of possibilities for trips.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem schön gelegenen und renovierten Haus. Vor dem Haus ein toller Steinpool und rund ums Haus ein wunderschöner Garten mit schattenspendenden Bäumen. Die freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberfamilie wohnt gleich nebenan. Viele Ziele wie der Trasimenosee,Assisi, Cortona, Perugia und der Monte Tezio sind schnell zu erreichen. Einen Aufenthalt in La Capaninna können wir nur weiterempfehlen

War ein toller Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus hat ein Top Lage. Innerhalb eines Umkreises von 50 km kann man sehr viele wunderschöne Orte in der Toskana besuchen. Wir waren in Sienna, Arezzo, Lucignano (nur 6 km ein wunderbarer kleiner Ort mit der besten Eisdiele weit und breit), Cortona, am Lago Trasimeno, Multipulcino und sind insgesamt nur 400 km vor Ort gefahren. Auch das Haus selber war sehr sauber, der Pool Top gepflegt (der Vermieter hat regelmäßige Wasserkontrolle erledigt und den Poolsauger fahren lassen).

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in La Capanina und gut erholt.Sehr freundliches Besitzerehepaar,die uns mit Gemüse und Obst versorgt haben.Der Pool und die Terrasse sind unschlagbar.Auch die Lage fanden wir günstig,nicht weit nach Cortona,Montepulciano,Lago Trasimeno und vor allem halt ins Val Dorcia.Pienza und Monticiello sind ein Muss,traumhaft schön.Wie können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Nous avons passés 15 jours dans ce havre de paix : une petite maison avec tout ce qu il faut et son magnifique grand jardin clos et arboré ! La piscine est superbe et le tout infiniement bien entretenu. Endroit idéal pour toutes personnes cherchant du calme au coeur de la campagne italienne. Détente absolue ! Endroit bien situé pour decouvrir Sienna, Cortona, Montepulciano, le lac de Trasimendo...et bien d'autres. Un grand bravo à XXX et XXX qui sont des hôtes parfaits : discrets, adorables, à l écoute et d une gentillesse incroyable... Nous ne pouvons QUE recommander cette location pour tous les amoureux du calme et de la nature ! Nous y retournerons c'est une certitude.
