Elegant 3-bedroom condo with 2 King beds/2 twins close to OWA/Foley Sports Plex.

Escape the hustle and bustle of beachfront crowds while staying only about 9 miles away. This tastefully furnished three-bedroom condo on the first floor features two king beds, and two twin beds, and is easily accessible from the parking lot. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans and cable TV (58" in the living room). The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, blender, pots and pans, kettle, and your choice of a Keurig or traditional coffee maker. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the east-facing screened patio.

Park Avenue Condominiums is conveniently situated in the heart of Foley, west of Highway 59/County Road 20, it's close to Foley Sports Plex, Tanger Outlets, OWA, and the newly opened 'Tropic Falls' Indoor Water Park. Nearby you'll find Publix and Walmart for all your grocery needs. Plenty of free lot parking.

There's a large variety of family-friendly restaurants in the vicinity to explore. With easy access to Beach Express, Orange Beach, and The Wharf, you're also less than 9 miles from the white sand Gulf Shores beaches. Please note, this is a 'no smoking', 'no vaping', and 'no pets' property - an extra $200 cleaning fee will be charged if it's necessary to remove any odors.
