My daughter,5 yr old granddaughter and I had a girls trip to OWA Park. We have season passes to the park. Cobblestone Hotel is very close to the park. and our favorite resturant in the area Lamberts Cafe. We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk clerk Trisha was very friendly and nice to us and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable! When were eating breakfast in the dinning area we saw on TV that there was a tornado warning in MS which was on our way home on the interstate to our home in LA. We told Trisha that we will have stay longer pass check out time to wait out the tornado that was in MS on our path home to LA and she was very understanding and concerned about our safety! She wears so many hats at his hotel not only is she the front desk clerk but she prepares the breakfast,maintains breakfast buffet, and cleans up the dining area.I told her she was doing 3 different jobs. We will be back in December when we are planning to revisit OWA PARK

This rating was difficult to provide. It started off as 5 stars but ended as a 1 star so I gave the middle of 3 star. To start (the good), staff was initially welcoming. When I made the reservation, I requested connecting rooms or rooms close to each other. We were a larger family traveling with kids and wanted to be close by. When checking in, we had one room on the second floor and one on the 4th. I asked for rooms that were closer to each other and after a few minutes, they were able to find two rooms across the hall from each other on the same floor. I was very impressed by this. Then we got to the rooms and one of the rooms had a broken AC. I reached out to the front desk, staff, and they were able to relocate that room to be next-door to the other room. Overall, this was great and I was impressed. Another good thing is the location, and a few of the staff members were always greeting us as well. Now to be bad. First, there was no housekeeping. We had some trash in wanted to have our bathrooms cleaned (we were there for four days). When we asked for housekeeping services, we were told that it would happen. However, it never did. When asked about trash, we were told to walk to the dumpster and throw it away ourselves. I have stayed at many hotels, and this has never once been the case.Then, as our stay got towards the end, some of the staff were very rude and were not helpful.

We had an excellent day at this property! The beds were comfortable. The water was hot and we had everything that we needed. We had no issues at all!! The room was very clean as were the hallways and the dining area. Super convenient location wise to get to anywhere that you need to be in Foley and we will be staying again!

Excellent customer service

Excellent Staff! We checked in Friday evening. Upon entering our room, we found that one of the beds had not been made and there was still some trash on the floor. Ms. Kris went above & beyond to take care of our room. Even though she was working alone on a busy evening, she came to take care of our room. All of the staff we encountered throughout the weekend was super nice.

My wife and I travel frequently and this is one of the cleanest hotels we’ve been in. Everything was spotless. The staff is very welcoming. They were very eager to help with anything we needed and to answer questions we had about the area. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.
