Overall, it was a good stay. My biggest complaint was the AC system. The simple fact that you cannot control the AC yourself and is controlled by corporate and the temperature is preset is not something that I enjoyed with it being in the 90° outside.

Just book somewhere else. Not worth the price.

I spent $271 for 2 nights. Upon arrival, the sweetest young lady checked us in. We get to our room and notice there is hair in the bath tub and then urine and hair on the toilet. We also had zero bath towels. I went downstairs to ask for towels and a cleaning spray so I could just clean the bathroom myself. The lady offered to come clean it, but she was the only one working and was super busy tending to everyone else. It wasn’t her fault the room wasn’t cleaned, so I just cleaned it myself. The bed was as hard as a rock also, so we didn’t sleep well. You also couldn’t turn the AC down very low, so we were hot all night. We went downstairs for breakfast the next morning, and there was only one lady working and couldn’t keep up. The waffle mix was sour like it was out of date, and the breakfast was just ok. The trash was always full to the top. I was going to speak with someone about the issues that morning, but I never saw anyone at the desk all morning. There was also no conditioner in the conditioner bottle in the shower that they advertise will be available. I know some of this seems trivial, but for almost $300, I expected more. I would like to say the employees we did speak with were so very nice, so I hate to leave such a bad review, but their housekeeping staff needs some help for sure.

It was an okay stay. My biggest complaint was payment. It was set up as pay at check in but they tried charging it overnight and then when I called and gave them the card number to charge they tried charging a different card again. Finally when I called back they charged correctly. Then the kept retrying the charge again. They called at 11 and told us our reservation was about to be cancelled due to nonpayment even though they already had the payment and charged more fees at check in. We stayed for a sports tournament and they were very unprepared for the crowds. They ran out of a lot of regular syrup, the breakfast sausage and apple juice. The food was ok but mostly just frozen food that seemed like it was heated in a microwave. Staff wasn’t super friendly. They also don’t have vending machines so if you want something you have to go down to the “market” to get it and check out with the front desk that doesn’t have anyone manning it. You have to call to get someone there.
