This was a real gem. I had a single room but the bed was bigger than a regular single bed and was very comfy too. The facilities in the room were excellent and classy, including a shower that had a fine array of options and was switched on by a remote control, a first for me! Breakfast was in a lovely room and the table settings were, again, very classy. The host was gracious and accommodating including setting breakfast for me early on the day I left. All in all, I recommend highly.

Bis auf das Frühstück war alles sehr in Ordnung. Im Früstückraum hat man das Gefühl man sein in einer Brockenstube. Viel zu wie Zeug. Bücher, Gläser, Pflanzen. Alles etwas unruhig. Der Frühstückscaffee war horrible, alles andere in Ordnung.

Un angolo di quiete

Una bellissima casa in centro a Follonica. Spazi molto esigui per la colazione e camera che dava sull’angolo della piazza: impossibile tenere le finestre aperte però. Il pomeriggio passato a lavorare circondata dalla quiete e dai libri di una bellissima sala lettura rimarrà tra i ricordi più cari. Da sottolineare la cordialità e la premura del signor Massimiliano per tutti i suoi ospiti.

Il B&B è ricavato in una struttura d’epoca finemente ristrutturata, colazione ottima nel giardinetto interno e grande cortesia del proprietario. La posizione centrale consente di non dover prendere la macchina per visitare la città. Mi sono trovato molto bene.
