Stay in the heart of Folly Beach at Sweet Coralina — a cozy, walkable 2‑bed/2‑bath cottage just a 2–5‑minute stroll to the beach, Center Street, restaurants, shops, rentals, and only 200 steps from Bert’s 24‑hour market. Park the car and enjoy the island on foot.

Sweet Coralina sleeps up to six guests with a unique five‑bed setup: a split king adjustable bed, a queen bed, a twin XL, and two twin pull‑outs. The home includes a full kitchen, living room, large sunroom, washer/dryer, all linens (bed, bath, and beach), and beach gear for your stay.

Dining & Local Flavor
Center Street is just minutes away and offers a wide range of dining options — seafood, Italian, Mexican, sandwiches, pizza, and classic Lowcountry favorites. Whether you want a casual bite or a sit‑down dinner, Folly’s food scene has something for everyone.

Nightlife & Entertainment
Folly’s nightlife is relaxed, friendly, and walkable. Enjoy live music, island cocktails, karaoke, trivia, or simply people‑watching at the local bars. The mix of locals and visitors creates a fun, easygoing atmosphere. On your way home, swing by Bert’s for a late‑night snack or drink.

Water & Outdoor Activities
Folly Beach is known for its outdoor adventures: surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing charters, dolphin tours, sailing, beachcombing, shelling, and shark‑tooth hunting. Most rentals can be within walking distance (the boat ramp is about 5 blocks away.)

Exploring the Island
While it's not necessary to access downtown, renting a golf cart can be a fun way to explore the island. Visit the Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve, Folly Beach County Park, or one of the two playgrounds. Tennis courts and other recreational spots are also available for public use. Many guests spend their entire trip without ever leaving Folly — everything you need is close by. (Golf carts have strict limits; rent an LSV-Low Speed Vehicle will give you more options (driving at night, in the rain, and ON Center Street.)

Charleston & Day Trips
If you want to explore beyond the island, Charleston is full of history, culture, and attractions. Popular options include the Angel Oak tree, Fort Sumter, harbor cruises, horse‑drawn carriage tours, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, and a variety of historic and ghost tours. Folly Beach is a small residential community with full‑time neighbors and very strict short‑term rental ordinances. Sweet Coralina is close to downtown and the beach but located among residents. We welcome multi‑generation families, couples, laid‑back friends, seniors, and business travelers. The home is not suitable for groups looking to party.

We were really happy with the place. The location can not be beat with the proximity to Bert's and the Beach. The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable too! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

Tammy was super responsive, always responded fast and gave lots of ideas on what to do around the area. House was clean, kids had board games and toys (even cars!) to play with. Very close to the beach, just wish it was a tad warmer when we were there! Loved our stay!

This wonderful cottage is just as described. Clean, well stocked with anything you need. Enjoyed sitting on the side porch for morning coffee and evening relaxing. Perfect accommodations, walking distance to wonderful restaurants, shopping and beach. Read about the Morris Lighthouse and enjoyed the graffiti walk to the beach area. Easy drive to Charleston and Mount Pleasant. Enjoyed lunch in Shem Creek too. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit and stay at Folly Beach and surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again. Also, the host is responsive and was spot on with recommendations.

Nice and Relaxed Vacation!

We were really enjoyed our vacation in Folly Beach. The property's location was two blocks walking to the beach, the pier and main street of Folly Beach. It also provided easy access driving to downtown Charleston and other islands nearby. The property was cleaned and had everything we need, and the host, Tammy, was very responsive. Excellent location!

Tammy was wonderful to work with and very easy to communicate with. You couldn’t ask for a better location-it was right across the street from the beach and you could walk downtown. The property itself was very clean and had plenty of towels. Air conditioning worked really well. Perfect for an adult getaway or even a family trip. Overall a great stay!

Nice little cottage

A cheat code for Folly

Steps from the beach & Bert’s 24-hour market means more time in the surf! Host has provided many thoughtful touches and supplies for a great time on the beach. We especially appreciate the outside shower! Fire pit and grill were great in the evenings. Adjustable bed in the master bedroom was soooo comfy! Host was super responsive and we had a great time. Nice cottage. There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 grown children. We walked to the beach and all Folly attractions. We loved that all linens, towels and kitchen utensils were provided. Also that Tammy provided a beach umbrella, chairs and boogie boards!

Such a gem!! Included everything we needed for the beach which was so wonderful!! Steps away from the beach and the cutest little hippie grocery with a wonderful wine and snack selection! cute cottage in the perfect location

very comfortable, clean, all the amenities. felt like home away from home. loved that we parked the car for the majority of the week and able to walk or ride the bikes. couple of things to be aware of: the traffic in the evening- it only lasts for about 30 - 40 minutes, but try to time your arrival/departure before 5 pm or after 6pm and cars parked in the yard in front of the house.

Great Location in Folly Beach

We were a party of four (two couples) and it worked okay. This place would be ideal for a family of five (two adults with three children). The location of this property is fantastic. You are close to the beach and close to the restaurants and shops downtown. This property is well appointed with everything you need, including beach towels, beach chairs and sun shades. It was also great to have access to a washer and dryer.
