Beautiful newly remodeled 1 bedroom part of 1950's ranch style home -apartment t 1.5 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks to Center Street, 2 blocks from Berts Market. At the corner of beach access. Super cute, high-end appliances, King organic latex & spring (medium/firm) mattress and bedding. All natural products are used for cleaning. Everything you and yours could want in a beach getaway!

King-size organic (Plushbeds) mattress, two large drawers in bed for storing your clothes as well as a small closet for hanging, 100% cotton bed and bath linens, Turkish beach towels, This modern remodeled home has recessed, flush trim, blackout bedroom shades, light filtering shades (raises up or down), foot bath/shower for easy cleaning from the beach located at the front of the home entrance, 100% sheep wool rug in living, wool rug in the bedroom, leather couch, upholstered rocker, Taylor guitar, live plants, coconut shell coffee table, french press and stove-top Neapolitan flip coffee pot, Dynamite Coffee espresso beans, fine art, and mirrors, updated walk-in shower with rain-head and hand-held water system, Mueller toaster, convection oven, private screened-in and unscreened back porch with modern porch couch.

Please read our island and beach rules posted in the home. This home is located in a family community where we work, live, and play. Island wide 25mph, no cigarette butts or alcohol on the beach. Leave no trace on our beach! No parties are allowed on the property. Noise is being monitored and you will be called by us if the decibels reach or pass the allowed noise ordinance. Thank you for loving our island and coming to enjoy it and leave it better than you found it.

Great weekend beach getaway

Hard to ask for a better stay! Super clean, easy check in, great comfortable modern design, short walk to town, even shorter walk to the beach, cute napping porch in the backyard, easy parking. Perfect for single/couples.

Folly Beach - Porch fest weekend

Great House , location and communication. Manager one we had a wedding and despite the 4 pm time for entry, they texted us a 3 pm so we could change clothes and arrive on time. Thanks for accommodating us. Beautiful back yard with chairs and a fire pit. Parking for two vehicles out front. Fresh whole bean coffee with a grinder made us feel at home. Would rent again , if we were visting Folly Island again.

We decided to take a long weekend trip for Labor Day and it was so worth it. This is such a wonderful place to stay! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes into the main strip. It was cozy and amazing in every way! This was my 4th time visiting Folly and this was by far the best place I’ve stayed. Check in and overall communication was flawless. Also, the weather couldn’t have been better. We will absolutely be back.
