This spacious and stylish 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with modern amenities, is your perfect Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston getaway!!

This condo is one of the most updated and stylish units you`ll find at the Marsh Winds community!!

3 beds and 3 full baths provide a nice beach getaway for a total of 6 guests.

Beds: King, King and bunk beds.

Master Suite includes a huge private attached bathroom with a garden tub.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 boast a calming view of the surrounding Lowcountry salt marshes. Plush bath towels and new comfy bedding provided during your stay.

Enjoy your morning coffee or outdoor dining on the spacious balcony facing the West.

We provide beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon during your stay. We also provide complimentary coffee, cream and sugar.

Guests also have full access to the convenient community pool.

You will have self entry information and myself and my staff are available to assist you with anything we can during your stay.

Once you`re at the condo, you can walk anywhere on Folly Island. There are also bike rentals on the island as well. Then downtown Charleston is about a 20 minute car ride.
- Guests must be at least 23 years of age to book this property.
- Absolutely no animals allowed and no exceptions due to severe allergies.
- No parties or amplified music outside.
- Please tidy up before departure and complete basic check out requests such as taking your trash out and clearing out the fridge.

Cancelled Stay 3 hours before Arrival

Our stay was abruptly canceled by the owner 3 hours prior to arrival. There was no communication or warning of the cancellation. Once we finally heard from the owner, who had zero remorse, didn’t even realize we were going to be guests for the week. She thought she had guests the following week. This was not a good feeling traveling down 95 without a place to stay during Spring Break. We were forced to find a hotel for the night and then a new place to stay for the rest of the week. This is all during Spring Break for most of the south. The customer service for VRBO leaves a lot to be desired. They do not assist promptly, cannot answer questions, and lack clear communication skills. I will no longer be using VRBO.
