This spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom elevated condo boasts all stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops and bright beach decor that you will fall in love with the moment you walk in. Spend your days taking in the views of the beloved Folly Beach Pier from your private balcony or take a walk across the street to the ocean where you can search for sharks' teeth and shells to your heart's content. Just a block away you will find all of the great shops and restaurants that the island has to offer. The location is everything! This unit is appointed perfectly so that you'll have every convenience of home while enjoying your vacation. You'll find multiple Smart TV's throughout WiFi access and in unit laundry for your use. 2 reserved parking spaces are allotted for the property and there is an elevator on site.
While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. Long weekend in Folly

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend with our son and his friends who live in the a Charleston area!! Love the bedrooms and full baths for each room!! Perfect location for a QUICK walk to the beach and easy walk to restaurants and stores. Love the area! Such a fun beach town and the unit was the perfect respite! Loved the porch where we could see the pier, ocean and beach!! We’d love to come back!

Refreshing Experience

In 30+ years of vacations on Folly, this was the least stressful. The sundry items supplied by the owner was a nice touch. Unit is tastefully decorated, very clean, and not worn down. I’d stay here again!!!

Better than advertised!!

I don’t even know where to start— this place exceeded our every expectation! We arrived later than we had hoped. The only drawback was it is difficult to find our correct parking spot at night. The signage is very small. From the second we walked into the place it was near perfection. Bright, clean, and more spacious than the pictures represent. There are enough plates, cups , utensils and cooking items to more than cover our group. The view is amazing. The furniture and decor outstanding! Soft white towels for all of us and bed linen we sank into each night. My nephew was very intrigued by the curved tv. He spent his time covered in pillows on the couch or on the sectional on the balcony. Exactly what he needed! We were so close to everything that we walked almost the entire trip. Beach access is across the street. The elevator was clean and in working order. I thought I would miss being directly beach front but not once did I! One gripe I have with vrbo and the like is the excessive clean up before check out. It is exhausting. All that was required of us was to take the trash out and start the dishwasher. No stripping linens. No gathering everything into specific piles. Just trash and dishwasher and lock the door. Will stay again. And again and again!!
