One of Folly's Best! Seaside Villas II is a beachfront 30+ day rental right in the action of Folly Beach. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo that can sleep 6 guests comfortably. Take in ocean views right from your private porch. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance so you will never have to move your car while on island. The Folly Pier is a few steps away and is the perfect spot for lunch on the pier and to watch fisherman. The building has a private beach entrance and outdoor shower to bring ease to your beach days. There is a market within walking distance and many grocery stores within a 10 minute drive. Downtown Charleston is only a 20 minute drive making Folly the perfect location to explore the City.
This second floor condo provides expansive ocean views. The sliding doors from the living room and master bedroom allow for you to feel the ocean breeze any time of the day. The open living room and kitchen is the perfect spot to entertain. Gather around the dining table for a home cooked meal or family game night. The master bedroom is right off of the living room. Have sweet dreams in the cozy king bed. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, shower, and jacuzzi tub. The additional bedrooms have queen beds and attached bathrooms.
Seaside Villas II allows for 3 well behaved, flea treated dogs with pre-approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. There are two off street designated parking spots. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA-compliant as the elevator may not always be available. All photos are current and accurately depict the property.
