Welcome to Turn of River 1D! River views greet your gaze as soon as you enter. This home is light and bright with luxury furnishings in the living and dining room, ample and comfortable bedroom and bathroom space and plenty of room to relax or entertain.

Swim and lay out in the sun at the community pool. Sip coffee in the mornings in a serene setting on the dock watching the sunrise. Possibly even see some dolphin at play. Sunsets can be enjoyed from the screen porch and veranda. Enjoy all that Folly Beach has to offer!

Master bedroom boasts a king bed with a large screen TV and en suite master bathroom. First guest bedroom houses one queen bed with an en suite bathroom. Third bedroom sleeps two in the queen bed, who also have easy access to the full bathroom in the hallway. All fresh linens and towels are provided

Take a short stroll or bike ride just across the walking bridge into Folly Beach. Here you'll find shops, markets and many local restaurants. Enjoy the long stretch of beach including the County Park on the West End of the island and Morris Island Lighthouse on the far East End of the island.

Downtown Charleston offering world-class dining, historical tours, museums, boutiques, harbor walks, and much more is also only a 20-25 minute drive.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, free parking, keyless entry, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove top, oven, central heat and air conditioning, as well as 24-hour emergency on-call staff. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. This home is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

Parking is free for guests staying in the complex. Up to 2 parking passes will be provided as needed. Elevator and staircases allow for easy access up to the condo. The community pool is open daily from April 1st – October 31st. Guests may bring or rent their own kayaks, but must keep them stored on or in their vehicle. Bicycles can be stored in the bike racks under the building (at your own risk). Guests are not allowed to store or launch their personal boat and no boats or trailers may be stored in the Turn of River Parking Lot. A full list of TOR rules & policies is provided upon check-in. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, of 6 people. Guests must be 25 years old or older to rent.

**HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
