First Floor: Three bedrooms, all with king-size beds. Two bedrooms share a bathroom with access from both rooms, while the ocean-facing primary suite has a private full bathroom. The living area includes a sleeper sofa, wet bar, flat-screen TV, and access to the ocean-facing deck.
Second Floor: Open-concept great room with ocean and river views. The dining area features a large family-sized table and offers beautiful sunset views over the Folly River. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, ideal for preparing meals. The second primary bedroom on this floor includes a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and two full bathrooms.
Third Floor: Wet bar area with a mini-fridge and access to the incredible rooftop deck. The deck offers panoramic views of the ocean, Morris Island Lighthouse, Sullivan's Island Lighthouse, and the Cooper River Bridge, as well as stunning sunrises and sunsets.
