2 bedrooms Apartment 120m2 near UZES
Ground level apartment with two bedroom avaible if needed. Two double beds, sleep for 2 or 4. La Belle Vie is located in the center of Fons Sur Lussan, on the ground floor of a 17th-century house. In 2019 the apartment was fully refurbished and redecorated with a new Italian style bathroom with a large walk-in shower .The house has a coffee bar and floor kitchenette - it is in an open cave that stays fresh from the sun. The extra bedroom is located just beside the dining area. During hot summer days, the insulation keeps the apartment fresh and noise free. The village has a superb épicerie, open seven days a week , just a stone’s throw away from the apartment. The living area opens out into a beautiful garden space with a private patio & fountain - making it the ideal place to chill out in the evenings with a bottle of wine. The house is mere minutes away from beautiful running streams and rivers, where you can swim or simply soak up the sun. There are two entrances to the apartment. You have your own private entrance directly to the apartment and there is a port in the garden that we only use for going out. We enjoy being able to make your stay as comfortable as possible, helping you find what you’re looking for in the area be it restaurants, rivers, hiking spots. we can also tell you about the hidden gems such as the night markets, fêtes, wine caves and some of the best places to visit in the beautiful historic town of Uzes and surroundings. You enjoy your privacy in the ground floor apartment with your own door access for the street. We are passing the garden and giving you the best tips we know in the area. Fons sur Lussan is a village located 15min drive from the Medieval town of Uzes. Neighbouring cities are driving distance such as Avignon, Nimes and Montpellier - for all of which we can offer travel advice. You can bike to neighbouring and equally charming villages within our district - visit a Gallery in Lussan for example or its very famous ceramic pottery shops. There are superb restaurants located nearby in Fons, as well as other activities such as hiking, river walks, canoeing and kayaking or simply take a relaxing stroll in the countryside. There is a very good restaurant bar right around the corner from the apartment. We recommend anyone who visits to have a car. We have new hybrid 7.5fx Trek bikes for those who want to get to know the area or exercise in their downtime. Dog are also welcome to our place. We love dogs and the place has a nice temperature for them during hot summer days. Ps, we charge an extra 35 euros if you have a dog with you. Just so the cleaning lady always have the place in tip-top shape. Nearby you will find beautiful rivers and hidden waterfalls to enjoy - perfect places to chill out on a hot summer’s day. Our local shop has a wide variety of local produce from fruit and veg to a selection of cheese and cold meats. The shop is also stocked with quality wines from the region and other beverages of choice. There is a restaurant in our village with concerts once a week. A really nice community of musicians have gathered in the town and its bordering countryside over the past few years. It’s always free entrance to the events, just be sure to book your table in advance if you plan on eating. There are supermarkets in Uzès, Bagnols-sur-Cèze, St Ambroix, Alès and Barjac – all around 20 minutes by car. The nearest petrol station is in Lussan, 5 km away.
