Check in is through a computer outside the front door…restaurant/bar was not open on a Monday evening, breakfast buffet was not replenished within a 30min time span….overall very computerized, yet clean and nearby the castle and town…and free parking with easy access!!!

We really liked the location, just a few minute walk from the Palace. Free on-site parking was a big bonus as well. The room was clean, looked like new, and bedding very comfortable. Now what not to like. $18 breakfast per person is too much. We had great coffee and pastries in a nearby bakery paying just $7. And the check-in was really bad. The reception was supposed to open at 5pm, but it was still closed at 5:15, with several guests waiting. Luckily we found that after 5 the check-in machine starts allowing guests in (before 5 it was saying that room isn’t ready yet, which is a small lie). One of the guests tried to call the hotel number on the reservation, but the call went nowhere. Summarizing, I would promptly had given this hotel a 5-star review if the check-in started at 3 with a person at the front desk.

Très bon hôtel à 2 pas du château. Rien à voir avec les autres hôtels Campaniles vieillots qui existent. Les chambre sont modernes et pratiques et le personnel accueillant (attention il n’est pas là tout le temps cependant). Manque un peu de confort sur les matelas malgré une bonne épaisseur. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner qui est de qualité, il manque seulement des œuf brouillées et à remplacer ces saucisses fumées par du bacon Sinon tout le reste très bien, super accueil.
