Located in Fontainemore, this 45 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The private kitchen is well equipped and includes a kettle, but no microwave. The washing machine is in the boiler room, which remains locked for safety, but can be made available on request for longer stays. High-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, TV, and heating are available in the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathroom. The property features a satellite TV decoder; guests who subscribe to a satellite TV service may bring their own card to access their channels. A cot is available for families with infants. The property offers a beautiful mountain view.



The house is in the center of a small mountain village with only a few houses, mostly unoccupied except in August. The village is near the Lys river, which flows from the Gressoney Valley before joining the Dora Baltea at Pont Saint Martin.



On-site parking is available in a shared space. Please note there are several stairs, so the house is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues. One pet is allowed for an additional fee. Events are not permitted.



The location is ideal for outdoor activities: the first Gressoney ski lifts are just 20 km away, and Coumarial, part of the Mont Mars nature reserve, is 10 km away. Many hiking trails start from Coumarial. A shop is 2 km away for most essentials. At 5 km both north and south, you’ll find towns with pharmacies, shops, bars, and restaurants.
