The Space:

Inside, the home welcomes you with warm, comfortable spaces designed for gathering. The kitchen features rich cabinetry, stone countertops, and both drip and Keurig coffee options, making mornings easy whether you’re brewing a quick cup or preparing a full breakfast. Just beyond, one of two inviting living spaces offers a couch, armchair, smart TV, cozy indoor fireplace, and a dining table for six - ideal for relaxed meals and evening conversations after a day by the lake.



A second living area mirrors the comfort with its own wraparound couch with a chaise lounger, smart TV, fireplace, and another dining table for six, giving groups plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together. Bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with room-darkening shades for restful nights and slow vacation mornings. Whether you’re spending your days on the beach, golfing, or exploring Lake Geneva, Lakeside Living at Abbey Springs delivers a cozy, resort-style retreat that makes it easy to settle in and stay awhile.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms, as well as 3 twin size beds and a twin size trundle bed in the loft.

Main Level Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Lower Level Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Main Level Bedroom #3 includes 1 set of twin-over-full bunk beds.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Starting in September 2026, there may be active construction at the lakefront (yacht club/restaurants, beach, etc.). Abbey Springs may limit or close lakefront amenities at any time. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking lot parking is available for 2 vehicles. Any additional cars may park at the clubhouse.

• Golf cart is available approximately May-September. Renter will be required to sign an additional agreement before being given access to the golf cart key.

• Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 10 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.

• The Abbey Springs community provides the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sport courts, arcade, fitness center, beach, lakefront park, and restaurants. We generally expect them to be open and available year-round (besides the outdoor amenities being available seasonally), but their availability is at the discretion of the community. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.

• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

The family atmosphere and social events separate Abbey Springs from any other community in the area. The golf and tennis professionals rate among the best in the Lake Geneva area, offering high-level junior lessons as well as adult leagues, lessons, drills, and events. Outdoor pool season is Memorial Day through Labor Day and offers recreational swimming and patio lounging.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub and a fitness center. Barbecue grills and an arcade/game room are also featured at this condo.

This Fontana condo is smoke free.
