Op zoek naar een vrijstaande woning met eigen zwembad, omgeven door een prachtige tuin en op korte rijafstand van alle mooie baaien? Dan is Villa Karawara uw ideale vakantiewoning!


De woning is gelegen op het beveiligde Villapark Fontein en beschikt over een eigen oprit. Verder is de woning omgeven door een heerlijke tuin met prachtige bloemen en bomen. Rust en privacy zijn gegarandeerd.


Geniet van een hapje en een drankje op de ruime porch met aansluitend je eigen zwembad van waaruit je uitzicht hebt op de prachtige zonsondergang. Dit uitzicht verveelt nooit!


Binnen is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken beschikt over o.a. een gasfornuis, een koel/vriescombinatie, magnetron, koffieapparaat (Nespresso, Senseo en filterkoffie) en waterkoker. Aansluitend is er een woonkamer met zitgedeelte.


De woning heeft twee slaapkamers die beiden voorzien zijn van een airconditioning. Eén slaapkamer beschikt over een tweepersoonsbed en de andere slaapkamer beschikt over twee eenpersoonsbedden (boxsprings). Tussen de slaapkamers in zit een badkamer met een comfortabele douche met warm water, een toilet en een wastafel.


De porch beschikt over ligbedden, een gezellige tafel met comfortabele stoelen en er is een barbeque aanwezig.

Verder is er een aparte bergruimte waarin o.a. een wasmachine aanwezig is.

Bedlinnen, handdoeken en strandlakens zijn standaard beschikbaar.
