Near the Eure River and its ponds, a completely independent cottage with a private, shaded garden welcomes you to a charming village south of Chartres. Fishing, walking, horseback riding, cycling, and many other activities await you nearby.
Detached house (140 m²), accessible by a few steps, located in a small village, comprising:
Ground floor:
Kitchen equipped with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, standard and Senseo coffee makers, toaster, etc.
Living/dining room (29 m²) with TV, telephone, and Wi-Fi access
1 bedroom with a double bed (cot, high chair, and baby bath available)
1 bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together
Bathroom with washing machine, separate WC
Upstairs:
1 bedroom with a double bed
2 bedrooms, each with two single beds
Living room with TV
Shower room/WC
Enclosed garden (400 m²) with garden furniture, barbecue, and sun loungers.
Oil-fired heating.
