CLIMATE CONTROL: The cottage is heated and cooled by central heat and air. You will have control over your own temperature.

PARKING: You may park up to 2 vehicles in the driveway directly in front of the cottage entrance.

OUTSIDE

✓ Back: patio with bistro table, dining table and chairs, large yard, propane and charcoal grill, bonfire pit.

CHECK IN: Guests check in at their own convenience anytime after 4pm with a personalized code.

FOR GUESTS WITH MOBILITY ISSUES: There are 2 steps up to get into the Cottage, and then everything except the loft area with 2 twin beds is on one level. There is a grab bar in the shower, but not one by the toilet.

**Please note: The Cottage is attached to a larger home that the owners stay in but are often traveling. You might see them in the driveway on occasion. Though the home and Cottage are attached, the spaces are completely separate with their own private entrances and a small breezeway separating them. You will have access to the back porch, yard, fire pit, and grill that is shared with the owners.

PETS: While we love fur babies, we are firm on our no pet policy.
