I’ve stayed here twice now. The one woman I first spoke with, this first time I stayed there, was absolutely amazing! I wish I caught her name so I can give her a shout out. Everyone else has been so accommodating, polite, and professional. Breakfast wasn’t bad either! Functional Hot Tube and pool, and perfect if you’re in the middle of a long journey and need to relax a bit! I absolutely plan on staying there again! But just for context, I meant to stay at the Holiday Inn Express, across the road from there. They were rude, unprofessional, and will never get my business! Comfort Suites is the better alternative!

Excellent experience - again! If only all hotels were this great. First of all, the staff is very helpful and friendly. I got help locating the fitness center, and Grace helped me mail a postcard. They give you postcards in the room - by the way - and I absolutely LOVE that! I sent one home to my kiddos. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I had an amazing sleep and woke up rested. The shower amenities are better than a lot of chains, and the shower itself is extremely clean down to the grout and crevices. I had an amazing hot shower. The fitness center is adequate for a basic ab/arm/and cardio workout though the stability ball needed a little more air. I didn’t use the pool, but other than a curiously strange looking piece of machinery, it was very clean and inviting. I wished I’d have brought my swimsuit as I passed it. I came down to take a photo of the gym area and I also noticed a well-lit meeting room as well. The breakfast area is extremely well stocked - plenty of protein and fresh fruit options but also your carb bar complete with cereal options, pastries, waffle maker, toaster, etc. The sausages were cooked right and everything tasted great. My only suggestion: some good picante/salsa. NOTE: Come early, because breakfast will be put away by 9:30.
