Good size room l particularly liked the full size fridge big kitchen and bathroom, When we checked in couldn’t find the remote for the ceiling fan the next day the manager had an sparky come and install a new fan with remote very happy with that.l will say the housekeeping is the best we have stayed in and we travel a lot to that area 👍

Lovely stay at Bella Vista bed was super comfortable kitchen was very handy Bathroom was spacious and shower pressure and heat were excellent We enjoyed our two night stay very close to beach shopping and dining

Twice before the 10am checkout time the housekeeping staff opened our front door without knocking or warning. The first time was at 8.20am and the second was at 9.50am. This was totally unacceptable and very embarrassing.

On arrival we went to reception to be greeted by an eye roll from the disgruntled manager. I enquired about the key to be told.. abruptly.. did you not receive a txt. Yep I might have,, but, sorry I was driving! Our visit was for a friends 60th. So.. when we got back to the unit later that evening, sat outside, for a minute, rude manager, approaches. Creepy and ordered us into our room. Go just go he said, while shuffling us inside. A terrible experience, Greg!!!! Rude and totally unnecessary. Will not return

The beds were really comfy and the rooms themselves were good. There was a gap under the entrance door which let cockroaches and dust in as you could feel it under your feet There was a screw and a tack on the ground near our car . It appears someone had cleaned something as there was dirt etc onnyhr ground next to our car

The stay was disappointing given the high price (compared to other motor-inns in that area). Basic amenities were missing. an empty fridge (not even water), no bathroom trash bin, no room service, poor-quality toiletries, and no iron or sufficient hangers. Definitely not worth the rate charged.
