Deckhouse on Daphne - 25 Daphne Street
The white sands of One Mile beach are just a 10 minute stroll away. Stretching from the famous sand dunes, perfect for sand boarding fun and with access to Bennett's Head lookout to the north with 360 degree views of the area. Patrolled during the holidays and on weekends its a fantastic, family friendly beach for day adventures, watching, or surfing the waves.
Deckhouse on Daphne provides a home away from home feel, beautifully renovated throughout with all the creature comforts you need for an amazing stay. On the upper level is the fully equipped chefs kitchen with island bench and breakfast bar. The open plan living and dining room with electric fireplace to keep out the chill, opens onto a large deck entertaining area with gas barbeque. Three spacious bedrooms with the master bedroom enjoying a walk in wardrobe. Linen and bath towels are provided for your stay.
The ground floor provides a second spacious living and media room with a large screen TV with Netflix, and Queen sized bed and separate bathroom providing shower and toilet. From the lower deck head into the enclosed garden with lawn.
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. Off street parking in the driveway. The front door has an external facing security camera.
This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy. To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
A 500AUD bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.
